Pretty but has quality issues

The pair of Terra cups I have are really pretty, love the green. But upon first use, when I put coffee with some ice cubes in it, the inside glaze of one of the cups has cracked, leaving a rim of brown all around the bottom half of the cup. Very disappointing. I have pictures, if Forme wants to review them. The inside glaze of the Mira cup has also cracked (iced matcha). Along with the re-conceptualisation of the brand, I think you would also need to address quality issues.

Perfect subtle touch to any home interior

This is another purchase I made after the Nami cup and the Terra cup is such a versatile cup! Perfect for day to day use on any occasion and has a nice gloss finish to it as well! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
