How much are courier rates for Singapore orders?

i. We process your orders as quickly as possible, actual delivery days are dependent on the courier's arrangement and out of our control.

ii. Should you require specific delivery dates and times, please contact us at hello@formeliving.co to make further arrangements, subject to additional charges where applicable.

iii. Please refer to the following table for shipping charges island-wide within Singapore:

Local courier - Standard (3 to 5 Business Days)	SGD $4
Local courier - Express (1 to 3 Business Days)	SGD $7.50

 

Do you offer shipping outside of Singapore?

i. We are currently working on providing international shipping. 

ii. Should you have an order to be placed for international shipping, please contact us through the contact form with your order and shipping address so that we can provide you with a quote for shipping. 

RETURNS

I change my mind, am I able to get a return / refund for my order?

i. Orders are final once payment has been made. We do not provide refunds if you simply change your mind or make a wrong decision.

ii. We do not accept refunds or exchanges for dissatisfaction in clay, glaze, color, specks, imperfections in the clay surface or glazing technique; the presence of such irregularities and subtle imperfections showcase the handmade and artisanal nature of our pieces. 

Can I return my item that is damaged?

i. We pack and ship our items with utmost care. Should you discover a damage, please email us at hello@formeliving.co within 48 hours with your purchase invoice and a photo of the damage, including the original packaging it came with. We will get back to you as soon as we can. 

ii. Once the damage has been verified, we will proceed with a replacement of the item.
